Waste Records and ISOH Reporting
Waste records are the first thing an inspection asks for — and the agenda that eats a company's time every month. We take it over completely, from the first delivery entry to the annual report filed with ISOH.
Records kept continuously, not in December
Record sheets stay current all year round. When an inspection arrives, or you ask for the stock position, the figures match what actually happens at the facility.
What we take care of
- continuous waste records and record sheets under Decree No. 366/2015 Coll.,
- the annual Report on waste generation and management, filed with ISOH,
- quarterly reports for producer responsibility organisations (packaging, WEEE, batteries),
- operating logs for waste recovery and disposal facilities,
- hazardous waste consignment notes and transboundary shipment documents (Annex VII, notifications),
- checking that the records match the permits and the operating rules.

Moving paper or Excel records across
If you keep records in Excel or on paper, we convert them into electronic form and keep them for you from then on. We work in the ELO application, from which the report is filed with ISOH in a few clicks.
Why outsource it
The methodology changes and so do the forms. A mistake usually surfaces only during an inspection — and by then it cannot be corrected retroactively. An external expert representative keeps records as their main job and carries responsibility for them.
